Operating instructions for pigment mixer

Instructions for use of pigment mixer:

1. check whether the mixing blade is loose and whether the lubrication is good;

2. connect the power supply correctly, open the cover and check whether there is any foreign matter in the barrel;

3. start up and idle check whether it is normal, whether the mixing blade turns correctly, and only when it meets the conditions can it be put into production;

4. The drying function is convenient. Turn the change-over switch on the electrical instrument panel to the drying switch, and set the required temperature on the temperature control meter. When the set temperature is reached, the machine will stop running. Set the time meter for 5-30 minutes as the cycle start function to keep the raw materials completely dry;

5. Mixing and color mixing function: change the change-over switch of the electrical instrument to the color mixing gear, set the required time on the time meter, and set the protection temperature of the raw material on the thermometer. When the raw material reaches the protection temperature within the color mixing time, the machine stops running and needs to be restarted

6. Stop function: switch to stop or press the off button when stopping is required during operation.
